Apple Watch Ultra Delays

Ordered Apple Watch Ultra on 11 September, got the immediate xko** order number and ‘it’s on its way’ message, then nothing…….

Over 5 weeks now and no communication whatever from EE, anybody heard or received one yet?

Do you know where these are made (India, China?) The Apple site says 2-9 November so any time after that.

Apple are struggling with supply as usual, and unfortunately now prioritise their own sales channels, and as such all tertiary sales channels now get what ever apple can spare.. 

Best thing to do is speak to Customer Services and see if they can add any insight.

Tracker says nothing but ‘sorry we can’t show your order details right now’

Apple says November now for people ordering now I guess, but said beginning of October when I ordered on the 11th September.
