Apple Watch order- more than 28 days

I pre-ordered apple watch 11 titanium 42mm and it wasn’t showing any delivery date. Now it is showing “usually takes longer than 28 days”. Is this normal/standard lead time by EE? Unfortunately, this is my first order with EE and it isn’t really going great.

Hi @TommyGLTU

Welcome to our community.

I appreciate you are eager to receive your new watch. Delivery timescales are based on predicted stock deliveries and will vary depending on the size and colour ordered.

If you wanted to switch to another variant which had a shorter delivery time, you could do so by speaking to our sales team

Lesley, I need exactly what I ordered, not an alternative. My problem is, that there’s no lead time given- it says MORE than 28 days, which can be 20 light years too. Is there any chance to get any ETA closer to something more specific, eg. Within 5 weeks, or on eg. 29th of October?

I have the same with my Ultra 3. If I ordered with a trail loop I could get it on launch day (allegedly). With the Milanese band it said more than 28 days and a week later still says the same. No one can even hazard a guess right now

Exactly. And this is the most annoying part- not knowing anything more precise than “whenever”.

I understand you want to be kept in the loop of when to expect it @TommyGLTU

I don't have any more precise information to share, but as soon as the stock arrives you will get a text from DPD booking in delivery.

Hello

I also pre-ordered the 11 titanium but in 46mm. I was told within 28 days, but earlier this week the EE store has changed and shows it within 7 days. I would have expected to have an update given that people ordering now are being given a much shorter expected delivery time.

Can anyone help?

Hello

I pre-ordered the Apple Watch 11 Titanium 46mm. I was told it would be delivered within 28 days, but earlier this week the EE online store has changed the delivery quote and shows it within 7 days for new orders.

I would have expected to have an update given that people ordering now are being given a much shorter expected delivery time.

When I go to track the watch it just says - expected 'delivery date' awaiting confirmation.

Can anyone help? Am I likely to have gone to the back of the queue?

Many thanks 🙂

This order was my first ever interaction with EE as I was considering gradually shift from Vodafone. Unfortunately- EE aren’t better, order I cancelled as I was charged for the watch which no one knows when it will get delivered. Ordered from Apple- it will be delivered on Monday.
