Apple Watch 11 Titanium 46mm - not receiving any order updates

Hello

I pre-ordered the Apple Watch 11 Titanium 46mm. I was told it would be delivered within 28 days, but earlier this week the EE online store has changed the delivery quote and shows it within 7 days for new orders.

I would have expected to have an update given that people ordering now are being given a much shorter expected delivery time.

When I go to track the watch it just says - expected 'delivery date' awaiting confirmation. 

Can anyone help? Am I likely to have gone to the back of the queue?

Keep calling ee

The only way is keep calling ee, do not give up if you speak to someone doesnt have a clue, call again. The trouble l encounter, because l was upgrading all the msgs was going to the old apple watch number and because the contract ended, the number was disconnected. If l didnt call ee many times until l spoke to someone who understood the situation, l would miss  the delivery and also l would think is the fake watch, because no updates on my ee

Absolutely, l received my watch today. My next is upgrading iPhone 17 pro max, l don’t know how it will go

Managed to speak to a Guide through the app (and thanks for the tip re: 150) - used the number they could see for DPD tracking and can see it's back on the way to EE now so going to wait and see what happens next....

Just wanted to share an update: it came today 🥳

Great news 🥳 

I also have an update - after being told that it would likely be another 28 days I got a notification that day from DPD that it was on its way and I received it on Monday. 🤩

Very happy as I was beginning to wonder if it would ever arrive.
