Apple Watch 11 Titanium 46mm - not receiving any order updates

Hello

I pre-ordered the Apple Watch 11 Titanium 46mm. I was told it would be delivered within 28 days, but earlier this week the EE online store has changed the delivery quote and shows it within 7 days for new orders.

I would have expected to have an update given that people ordering now are being given a much shorter expected delivery time.

When I go to track the watch it just says - expected 'delivery date' awaiting confirmation. 

Can anyone help? Am I likely to have gone to the back of the queue?

Your order definitely won't have gone to the back of the queue, only orders that have just been placed would be at the back of the queue.

When was it you placed the order? While it may show 7 days now, it will probably mean that stock is due to come in, giving the shorter timescale.

Which colour did you order? I can look at the stock information for you.

The guidance for that one changed to 7 days for that one on 24th September, so it is likely to be up to 7 days for any orders from then, so you shouldn't be waiting much longer.

Keep an eye on the tracking and the DPD app, if you have it, for more on delivery.

I've bought a new Apple Watch every couple of years or so since it launched, but I didn't get on well with the Ultra 2 and found it far more clumpy than I expected - so it's the first time I have actually sold a watch (I normally pass it down to my children) so am having to use  my son's old version 5 at the moment - so I'm desperate to get back to a newer version 😬

Hi I’ve ordered an Apple Watch Series 11 WiFi rose gold. There isn’t any information on tracking, when I phoned EE they said the same as the website “usually dispatched in over 28 days” which is pretty frustrating. I ordered on 23/09/25

With the Apple Watch just coming out last week, and the popularity of any Apple launch, there is a wait for stock on most versions.

Did you order the watch as part of a contract or purchase it outright?

I don't have access to the stock for those orders @twistedsprouts. We can only see the information for the cellular watches that are ordered on a contract.

If the guidance says more than 28 days on the website, it is more then likely going to be that long. If it is available sooner, it will be dispatched for you when we have stock for your order.

Once it is on the way you'll get a notification to let you know it has been dispatched and when it will be with you.
