Trying to see eligibility for an additional line but says not eligible on the app and yet says I'm due an upgrade on the text service. I hate speaking on the phone as have a phobia of it and want to add a line but no option for live chat and conflicting information. Is there anyone who knows if there is a live chat facility or a way I can find out as heard that the app doesn't always tell truth.

If you are on a monthly contract, then you will find live chat by going into the app and clicking on help at the bottom and you will see message us and call us.
