Add to plan delivery tracking

Hi,

I ordered a TV on add to plan Saturday 18th and received a text to say the item was dispatched by parcel force two day delivery and I would receive a text on the day with a delivery slot. 
I am still yet to receive any details and when tracking the order number through your site it doesn’t work.

The  item is showing within my account, so I’m already being charged for it.

Please can you assist?
