I declined an delivery but it has been received by ee and my account has been closed and my final bill says £0.00 on my account but we are still trying to charge me £38 even though it has been returned and I have not been refunded the deposit back

@Meganlye11  You’ll be refunded around 7-10 days after the returned device has been processed.   The bill would have been issued within 1-2 days for the device being sent out for delivery but now has to be processed first a return.   EE might have it but it might not of been processed as a return yet.  Basically it’s on a shelf waiting to be processed.

Following on from the advice above from @Chris_B, if the refund is not back with you after 10 days, give our billing guides a call and they'll be able to check the account and see what is happening.
