Hi, I placed an order for earbuds online which is added to my monthly plan but it seems I missed the delivery on 10th December and was expecting DPD to try again but when I track my order it says its being returned to EE. How can I get it redelivered to me, please? Thanks!

@Hana123-  once these have been processed as a return and you have been refunded any upfront payment that you’ve had to make you’ll be able to re-order them again.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
