A15 5G order not arrived after 2 weeks

Hiya, I upgraded to a A15 on the 26th August and it was dispatched a couple days later. We are now at the end of the 9th September without any phone or update whatsoever. The delivery status still just says dispatched, tried calling and cant get intouch with anybody about an impending delivery. What should i do?

The easiest way to get an update would be to give our team a call, and if you follow the options to speak with Customer Service, the same as if you wanted to discuss charges on your bill, then they will be happy to give you an update on what is happening.
