Hi, 

 

I have just tried to order iphone 15 256gb, the £30 has been taken but then said error and havent had any communication or email since?

Have you been able to check your Junk/Spam folder for any emails from EE? 

If you haven't received any confirmation, I'd recommend getting in touch with our guides, they will be able to search for your order and get you an update.

I need to find out my refrance number as I have had a email yet but I’ve made the order
