I’m feeling really frustrated already. Added a new line last October: iPhone 16 Pro. After a few days of having it, I initiated the return process - well within my statutory rights.
Each time I chat with the support team (via App), I am told they’re sorry for the inconvenience and that the return bag shall arrive in 3-5 days.
It’s already Christmas — 3 months! I still haven’t got the bag and I have been charged thrice already for the sim or data that goes with Phone.
Anyone in the same situation?

That does seem like an awfully long time to go without an update on this, how exactly did you initially raise the return request, and did you get email confirmation for this?

@Reegan07 Where did you get this from ? Was it online via a phone call or at a EE store ? There is no change of mind policy for store purchases.
