17 pro ordered on 18th

Hello

Placed my order for a Blue 17 Pro on 18th, joining as a new customer. Still heard nothing…… I know there is a backlog and a lot of orders are probably delayed as mine is, I guess, but to hear nothing…… I’d expect a courtesy message or email to say there is a delay and to expect a wait of xxx days etc?…. Can someone check for sure how long I’m going to realistically be waiting?

Looking at the order history for iPhone 17 Pro 256GB Deep Blue, the stock guidance for orders placed on the 18th September was:  "Now in stock (Expect despatch within 1 day", so we'd have expected you to have received your device by now. 

However, as you've not received a confirmation email showing your order number, please give our Customer Service team a call where a guide in the Digital Sales team can check your order went through correctly. 
They will be able to give you the order confirmation number, which you can then track on our Track Your Order page.

If the order didn't complete for any reason they can go through the details and look to re-process the order for you.

Did you order an iPhone 17 Pro or was it an iPhone 17 Pro Max? If you let me know that, and what memory size you chose, I can check the estimated delivery timescale for you.

It was Pro, and 256 in deep blue. Ordered on 18th. Want the SKO too?
