Placed on order for iPhone 17 pro on 18th, joining as a new customer to EE.
Email from EE confirming that order but received no other correspondence since. Trying to track the order on website but ‘Timed out’ error message displayed. Don’t know what option is relevant to select upon calling customer services; no option for orders.
Any advice?

Please give our Customer Service team a call where a guide can check your order went through correctly or if any other information is needed to complete the order.
It may be worth checking your Junk/Spam folder to see if the email has been filtered there in error.
The team will be able to give you the order confirmation number, which you can then track on our Track Your Order page.
If the order didn't complete correctly they can re-process the order for you.
