Every time I put in the order number for tracking to have an idea when my phone (contract) is likely to arrive .. it tells me nothing as I can only track contract mobile phone orders?! I keep getting texts to say it’s on track but doesn’t tell me anything else??

I am nearing the end of week two .. I was told 2-3 weeks from date of order! 
how do I find out possible dates??

@Mandac668  That’s an order number not a tracking number.  You’ll get a tracking number once a device is allocated to you    What model type did you order ?  That’s colour and storage size as there is different waiting times depending on what you ordered.     If you ordered any colour of the 128Gb model type you’ll have a waiting time of over 28 days.

Wonderful. Why don’t EE tell you this when you order? I was told 2 weeks 3 at the latest. 
It’s the IPhone 14 pro max 128gb
