If when I ordered my phone the expected delivery was dispatched within twenty one days, will this still be honoured? 

As this has now changed to over 28 days, I will be going away in a few weeks and I’m already 8 days into my 21 day wait!

And my phone is needing to be sent to online mobile buying company by the 12th of December…

I wouldn’t bank on that. I’ve ordered direct from apple 2 weeks ago and my phone won’t be here till 12th December so I would be surprised if EE can deliver within 21 days timeframe. Especially with what’s all going on in China and all that where the phones are made
