I ordered a new SIM card and it has not arrived

I ordered a new SIM card with same number but on line help told me it would come in 3 to 5 days but this was 2 weeks ago and its not arrived can ı chase this some how

@Leeaddy911  You need to call customer services about your replacement SIM card as you should of had this by now
