I have just upgraded one phone on our account and it wouldn't accept my EE perk code. The upgrade offer was discounted already but not as much as my 20%NHS perk offer, so would rather have used that, but no way to do that in your account as it gives you the upgrade offer only
Now am trying to upgrade from a SIM only on our account to a phone +full works that isn't discounted and it is not accepting it either.
Very frustrating and am going around in circles and have generated a few EE perk codes now which will expire before use!!

Are you given any error messages?
