I selected the roaming pass for my inclusive extra. I got a text to say my old extra had been removed. Then on the app it said to expect a text within 24 hours to know the roaming pass has been activated. It’s been over 24 hours and I haven’t had a text. So how do I know if It has been activated?
Any help appreciated!

If its active in the app it will be active.
Make sure roaming is activated on your account as the add on will not work if roaming is not activated. Text ROAMING to 150.
