re-validate ee perk

I was sent the link to re-validate my NHS ee perk to my nhs email address. But i have forgotten my password, I have tried resetting it several times but I get no email for password reset. Any help would be great

my normal ee like this one i have loged is fine
but when in trying to use my work one it says incorrect .
when im trying to log in its saying there incorrect this is to my work email address , can you confirm what email you have for my work, or can you reset from that side .

Hi @shad69,
Please use the email address we sent the validation email to when logging in.
Please note, the password you use for My EE won't necessarily be the same as the one you used for EE Perk.
If you're unable to login, please try a password reset.

i have done this a number of time for the password reset nothing is coming back to my email address
i done it all last week and again this weeks yesterday and to day but nothing is being sent back to me.
it just says we will send you a link but I've no received anything. i have tried everyday.

I’m having a terrible time.
need to validate my works email, won’t except my password, won’t change my password an EE advisers now say they can’t help anymore because things have changed and they don’t do it. The phone number won’t connect.
and no one’s there to speak to….
