Google 1 2TB inclusive extra

Hi guys,

I added the Google 1 2TB as my inclusive extra but I haven't received it yet? Still my old amount of storage. How long does it take to come through after receiving the phone? Also I did get a new SIM card with the phone with the same number. But am using my old SIM. Does this make a difference?

If you head to ee.co.uk/googleone and enter your number and confirm the PIN, is your Google One Premium 2TB showing there with the button to activate?

I cant get access to texts, but was told it could be done by email, so i cant set it up

You will need to go to ee.co.uk/googleone to complete sign up, but you will be sent a one time PIN to complete the registration, which will go to your SIM @BloodEagler.

Thats the issue I cant get the one time text, and technical said it could
be done by email, now i cant get through to anybody because they keep
sending text links which dont work, I took out another line so i could get
the xbox game pass, and switched to the google one on the other because i
was told I didnt need a text.

We would need to verify you to be able to set this up @BloodEagler, which would normally be with a one time PIN, but if you're not able to receive this then I would recommend giving our team a call, and they might be able to do this for you.

Eventually got a team member who was really helpful and came up with solutions for the higher ups to do, but they were reluctant, Not happy at all and will be cancelling my contracts that are in the grace period if they don't take action. You cant offer a service then put limits on it, false advertising, false information and a failure of basic contract
