prepayment mastercard

I received my brand new phone with EE on the deal that i would received a prepayment mastercard of £300. I received my phone 2 days ago. The only email i have received is the original one saying successful order but please call to answer some questions . I did this and it was to finalise the credit check details. All good. Recevied the phone but have had no emails after this. Not any to confirm that i need to apply for the prepaid mastercard even. I don't want to miss this as it is the reason i went for that particular phone. Thank you
