nhs perk and Blue light discount

Hello 

I have a blue light account and have today registered and validated my perks account.

My blc discount code does not work and also my 2 generated codes dont work ?

it keeps coming up with ''sorry, that voucher is not valid''.

The contract i am trying to get is not discounted .

Can anyone help me , i am not on EE at the moment , trying to join .

Did you get the code after registering on the EE Perk Portal? 

If you are using a third party site this will not work you will need to register your details on the perk portal to get access to the perk discount codes.

hello i tried the none discounted zflip4 and fold and didnt work. Also tried none discounted sim only plans and still did not work

i have it working, for some reason it does not work on Microsoft edge. i tried another browser and code works 🙂

Hello

I'm trying to use a Blue Light Card code witch I had got off a family member and I can't seem to get it to work or find out where I am meant to input the code as it tells me invalid.

Am I doing something wrong or is this because the code isn't registered to me??

Hi @spayt1992

Is it a Blue light discount or an EE Perk discount code?

The Perk discount can only be used on plans that aren't special offers or already discounted.

Could you try on a different device or browser and let us know if it's the same? Try typing the code in manually as well and not copy & paste.
