Hi, i have read on this forum that Netflix is no longer available as an “add on” for iphone users, presumably that is for new contracts/upgrades.
I have been using my Netflix add on for around 6 months now (contract started in Feb 24) can you tell me if existing contracts will likewise change/cease, can EE do this part way thru a contract term?
Mark.

Hi @marktho45 ,
Welcome to the EE Community
You will still be able to have Netflix as an inclusive extra on your current plan, our newest iPhone plans do not have it as an option but that wont effect your current plan. It will only be effected if you change from your current plan to a plan without Netflix as an option.

thanks for the update, i was hoping this would be the case although i have just been on holiday & changed my “inclusive extra” from Netflix to roaming abroad, i now have to wait 30 days before i can change back, this will be the real test for me & i will post back what happens.
