EE perk code not coming through

I am trying to renew my EE perk while I upgrade my phone but the EE perk code is not coming through to my NHS email so I cannot apply the discount. I have been trying for 2 days and still nothing.

I have called and spoken to someone on the phone to ask if I could share my NHS badge to receive the perk, but was told this wasn't possible. 
Has anyone had a similar issue or how did you receive the code in the end? Thanks!

If you log into the EE Perk Portal, your discount codes will be shown there.

It isn't showing me codes because I need to revalidate my email address,
but the email to verify it isn't coming through to my NHS email.

One of our Guides can send a web form to the Perk team on your behalf.
