ee perks account deactivated

Hi, I tried to log into me EEperks account today but it's says my account is deactivated. How do I get my account reactivated?

I have also hit a brick wall trying to get perks registration  completed. The verification email just does not appear, junk and spam folders checked. I have spent several hours on the phone to customer service and tech support and they have no idea how to fix this!  The last 39 minute call was resolved by agent promising a call from “perks” within 48 hrs, guess what? No call. As a 35 year veteran I am used to jumping through hoops but this is getting ridiculous. Can someone please just deliver what you advertise, rant over, hoping for solutions
