My ee perks account states it’s deactivated when I try to log in but I am unable to register a new account because it says I already have one. I need to purchase a new mobile phone with my nhs discount but am unable to and ee customer services are unable to help

my ee perks discount is also deactivated and I have also reset the password and having the same problems

Hello mate mines having the exact same problem I can log into my ee but not my ee perks account even tho I’ve reset the password etc

Are you given any error messages when you try to log in, @Glatchem69?
They can be different logins for the Perk portal and My EE.
