Did I qualify for the Galaxy Buds?

Hi I ordered and received my S24 Ultra on Feb 27th. I seem to remember about free Galaxy Buds being mentioned in the ordering process, but I've not heard anything about them from EE since. My order number was ******. 

Can someone in EE check please?
