My ee perks account states it’s deactivated when I try to log in but I am unable to register a new account because it says I already have one. I need to purchase a new mobile phone with my nhs discount but am unable to and ee customer services are unable to help

My EE Perks accounts deactivated and been on to EE who say they cant help me!! why advertised this perk when it seems next to nobody can access this,
