I am trying to get onto my ee perks account, the message said that a link has gone to my NHS work email but it has not.
what do I need to do so as I can claim my NHS discount code.

I am already registered for ee perks.
i tried last night to get the code for the 20% NHS discount. It said that it would send an email to my work email address but this has never arrived.
i have tried to log on this morning to ee perks and it says I have been locked out for 24 hours

Was the code not showing when you generated this in the portal?

It is my ee Perks account that has been blocked
