Good afternoon,
I used to have an EE perk for NHS discount which has expired and I'm due to upgrade. It says my password is incorrect and I've requested to reset it mutliple times in the last 48 hours but have had no email so I cannot log in to get the code and therefore upgrade and purchase my new phone.
Please can you assist?

Did you request the reset password email to the same email address you used to register?
Have you checked your junk/spam email folder?
