EE Perk revalidation, can’t login

I received the email to revalidate my EE perks & have the revalidation email from EE in my work email. However, now I can’t login to EE perks.

 

I’ve tried several times to get the reset password email and its been days and no reset password email in my spam folder or inbox.

Can someone please re set my password so I can validate my id?

Which error message are you seeing when trying to login to EE Perk?

I have the same issue. EE perks says my email is registered but states password incorrect. When I request a password reset I get no reply.

Thanks for coming to the community. 

Did you request the reset password email to the same email address you used to register? 

Have you checked your junk/spam email folder?

Thanks for quick reply. Yes I used the correct email and have checked spam / junk. I have also attempted the reset on phone and Mac using safari and chrome browsers with no luck.
