Hello, I noticed my previous bill increased by £10 and it looks like the additional charge is for the “Apple Music Entertainment Add-on” which carried over from my previous contract and was previously free. I cannot see any option in the app to remove this when I look in add-ons. Can this add on be removed without waiting in the 1 hour 15 minute call center queue?
