Hi,
I get this message and want my codes.
Your account has been deactivated as your registration was not completed within the allowed time frame.
A colleague has also tried to log in and is getting a message saying The login details supplied are invalid.
Please help!!

Yes I have it and it is my work email. It is a bt email we have. But work for ee store. And haven’t had any issues previously.
