hi I took out a new contract and ee hasn't added my perks code i have phoned ee and they said they cant add it on, please can someone help with this

Normally Perk codes will only be available for use online.
When you visited the store did they definitely say they could use this, and is anything mentioned on the contract documents you received?

hi Peter,
with my last contract it was all done in store, and they definitely said they could do it, I went back to the store today and they told me to ring 150 and they would be able to just add it on, its really annoying I'm thinking about just cancelling the contract.

Thanks for confirming that, @sastle.
It was possible in the past for Perk discounts to be redeemed in-store and over the phone, but in recent years this has been exclusive to online orders.
I would recommend returning to the store that you took this out in to query the initial sale, then if needs be they can connect you to our retail customer care team to query this further.
