Trying to activate the upgraded netflix I can't seem to get this working waited 24.hours, restarted the phone any help would be great

Is it the Netflix add-on for your EE mobile plan that you are having trouble activating?
If you go to ee.co.uk/netflix and confirm your mobile number and then the PIN, it should then have a page showing Netflix with an activate button underneath, what is happening when you are trying these steps?

Hi Alex,
I know this is old post but would be very helpful if you could help me.
I've just received new sim which i've transferred from another network my old number hasn't been transferred yet, while activating Netflix am i supposed to provide them the new number that came with EE or my previous number which will be transferred in few days time?

If the number has not transferred yet please try the temporary number and let me know how you get on?
