BT sports app

Morning,  Is anyone else having a problem with their BT sports app. Mine is saying I don’t have an active subscription but I have it as a smart benefit on my mobile plan. The error code is IDOO3. Can anyone help pls. john

Perk deactivated

Hi, my perk account has been deactivated. Someone ee end tried unregestering my account and said to try again. But I’m still getting the same deactivation message.any help would be greatly appreciated.mark
