how do I find which add-ons I have?

Hello

If you login into My EE and going to Menu > Packs and add-ons. They should show there.

Thanks for your suggestion but I don't have 'Menu' option on my homepage!

Hi @izzardpaul. 

Please select Plans & subscriptions in the green tab on the page you are showing. 

You will then be able to see your add-ons.

Thank you Katie-b but I did this already and all it tells me is that I have 2 add-ons but not what they are! Such a simple task on the face of it but this must be the most difficult website to navigate that I have ever come across. Everything is slow and annoying pop-ups all the time. Not very pleased at all. ALL I WANT TO KNOW IS WHAT AM I PAYING FOR!!!!

Thanks for confirming. 

Could you please let me know if you click 'See all add-ons' under the add-on section does it show you active add-ons?

Are you the account holder?

Can you see bills OK?

You can view add-ons within your EE app, if you select Manage then Plans and Subscriptions.
