What is wrong with EE app and website I want to do a ps5 add to plan bundle but it just keeps taking me to the new stupid gaming store EE has with no add to plan option, so frustrating I rang I'm eligible so why is such and issue? Can somebody does get it sorted don't know why they didn't while I was on the phone. I've been a customer for over 10 years now but it is getting disgraceful 🙄

Pay monthly accessories I've tried all avenues so far and no joy, thanks for quick response. Is there anyway this can be done over the phone?

Could you try the page that @James_B posted on another device or browser please, @Trizzy_1987? If it still isn't working, I'd recommend speaking with our Mobile Care team to see if they can help you get it added.
