Office 365 not activated

Good Evening all.

 

back in September i think,, i added office 365 as my inclusive extra and activated it no problem. It was working at the time but i haven't used it for a few weeks, and now the office site is saying my subscription ran out on October 14th and wont allow me to creat anything.

I checked my EE account and the inclusive extra is showing as selected, and trying to activate it again, just takes me through the steps of entering phone number, waiting for code, but then tells me i have nothing to activate.

Please help.

Are you able to try Microsoft 365 on a different device to see if this works for you?
