activated discovery plus TNT add-on, but still being charged £6.99

I paid for a new Sim only contact and added discovery+ TNT as one of my new add-ons. Then I enabled the service via EE and clicked through to discovery+, logged in and it seemed to add okay, however discovery plus are still charging me £6.99 a month.  is this correct? I thought it was a free add-on.  I previously had the old BTEE Sport add on which expires in a week , when I added this new add-on Discovery plus asked me if I wanted to replace the existing add-on and I said yes.  The old add-on was £6.99 a month - I wonder if discovery plus have got confused.  Who do you think best to talk to about this? thanks
