“You're unable to add another product to your account at this time.”
Why? I have just iPhone 13 Pro and I pay “just” £65 per month.
I would like to take a Apple Watch. How can I do that?

@jxfi havent been in to a store but multiple calls and empty promises about getting the myEE client and website fixed i have given up. Having wasted hours on the phone and getting completely inaccurate details from the agents around the issues, their promise to have it fixed, the terms of each of the tariffs and the prices of the ones available to me i haven't bothered ordering an additional sim.
My advice would be to anyone if you are calling up to sort out an additional sim do your research first and ensure you understand the various EE bundles on their website including the terms of each. Then request the exact one you are looking for with the discount and double check it as what you are told on the phone might not be correct.

Hi @Leanne_T
I’ve called twice but each time it turns into a sales pitch. I will not order via the phone, I will only order online where everything is clearly spelled out and I can see the terms and conditions. Live chat have not been helpful on 2 occasions either.
I’ve also been instore and they were not able to help.
I really do think this is part of a sales ploy.
I will wait until Tuesday and will be contacting Ofcom as I feel my suspicions re:pushing sales are right.

Yep it happening to me too, I also believe it's a sales procedure, but I won't be ordering by phone. If I cant order on my ee then I will get an additional sim from 02.

I'm in the same boat. I'm a new customer and signed up with 3 sims. I did want 4 but they couldn't give me 4. They told me to try to add the 4th sim in 24/48hrs after no luck. I have tried via phone and chat and no luck. You get a different answer each time to speak with someone I have tried 15 times. It seems like no one at EE knows the answer. Got told it's my credit score but my credit score is 999 told them it's not that it so it must be something else

Hi @Daddyho83,
Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂
When you first join EE the initial credit check will determine how many connections you can take out.
This is reviewed regularly, but it may take a number of months before this is increased.
Hope this helps.

I’ve been an EE customer for years now, bills paid by DD and never once been late in paying. I have 3 phones on account and looking to add another today. Told I’m not eligible to do this. I’d love to know why. Spoke to customer services who have said they are unable to shed any light on this and can’t help. Might be time to move my phones once they’re out of contract.

I've just been told that I can't have a 4th sim added to my current 3, after recently swapping/being asked to swap from BT mobile. Never mentioned at the time about 3 months payments or eligibility. The credit check theory doesn't make any sense. My profile is 999 out of a 1000, and a new sim would be adding about a tenner or less a month. A credit check would show all sorts of much higher consistent payments every month. There are endless adverts saying how family members can easily be added to current deals but it seems that is not true for everyone. It's basically mis-selling.

Hi @andyshed1
I am very sorry to hear you are not eligible for another additional contract at the moment, this is reviewed regularly, it may take a number of months before this is increased.
If you would like to discuss this further, please get back in touch with our mobile guides on 150.
Leanne.

Thanks Leanne. 'A number of months' is of no use when a phone with parental controls under one EE account is required now. 'Why is it being reviewed?' is a more relevant question. Having been with BT for 20 years, checked everything out with Equifax and Experian there simply is no valid reason not to add another sim and it's beyond frustrating.
