Why does the link not work to activate my game pass spoken to ee for days now paying for something I can’t I use. Sort it out ee

Can you try going to this link ee.co.uk/xbox and entering your number?

Does the Xbox Game Pass show active in your My EE account, this will be in add-ons?

No the link doesn’t work, hasn’t worked for days now. Just says failed to load subscriptions in my app it says I have the subscription active but have had no details of the code. Reported to ee they have failed to give an explanation when all I can see online is everyone having this same problem. At this point would rather return the Xbox had the same problem with my Apple TV subscription and my bt sport, ee like advertising is free with your contract but ended up just buying Apple TV and bt sport, and had to buy a month of Xbox live as ee failed to give me my free subscription

This will need to be looked into further for you, please call us again on 150 and our tech gurus can run through some further troubleshooting and let you know the next steps to get this sorted.

No thanks done that already and got absolutely no where, spent two days on live chat doing your troubleshooting “ catch a bus to town and try McDonald’s Wi-Fi” I would rather not thanks, and all your other troubleshooting is just as stupid and borderline insulting if you ask me, so you just drop me text when you feel like giving your customers what they are paying for, as to me just looks like a scam as you done the same with my Apple TV and bt sport and that was only resolved of the of chance 6 months later after complaining about this. So I would rather not waste any more of time. Oh and to add I still haven’t got my bt sport!!!!!!! And no refund given for the 6 months of Apple TV I had to purchase as the box you gave me was useless without it

I have the same issue. Spoken to 4 people and everyone on facebook, twitter and on here have the same issue. Should not advertise if you cannot give people it.

Try it on a different phone or laptop and will work.
