I've seen a few articles about this topic and no solution from any of them...
I have a code from my employer through EE Perks to get a 20% discount. I am trying to change my sim only plan from another provider and I am currently waiting for my PAC from them.
In the meantime I was trying to find myself a SIM only plan and no matter which one I tried the code didn't work on any of them. I've tried reading all the other articles and all the T&Cs but I still can't get validate the code.

If your SIM is subject to any discount then the code will not work. You can only have one discount code applicable per account.

As I said, I read the T&Cs. No SIM worked with the code provided by EE perks.
I haven't used any code before on the account because my account is new and, as I said, I'm changing from a different network provider.

I eventually managed to order my SIM card... over the phone. Tried the perks code on my phone rather than my laptop and it worked. However, the website didn't. Could get off the home screen that was insisting I added my EE device to my account which I couldn't even do because I couldn't order anything!
Serious reconstruction is needed on the website.
