Hi

Left EE three years ago , but still have an active Xbox Ultimate Games Pass, which I cannot cancel, how do i get EE to cancel it as I am not being charged and shouldn't be receiving it anyway.

Did you have your Xbox subscription through EE Broadband or EE Mobile?
