Xbox Gamepass not working

Hello, when switching to EE I have an offer to claim Xbox gamepass for 12 months without cost - I've tried to claim it over the last few months and it keeps prompting an occur which leaves me unable to claim - please find picture attached.

Sorry you're having trouble claiming the game pass. Are you fully connected with all orders closed off? Are you seeing eny error messages? Have you spoken with our guides on 0330 1231105?
