I took delivery of an Xbox Series X Bundle two weeks ago and gave customer service a call today because the Game Pass Ultimate and the Video & Gamers passes haven't been added to the account.
CS have added 'Xbox Gaming Bundle' to my account which has allowed me to use the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate however video and gaming data is still coming out of my allowance (for the services it should be zero rated for). The CS advisor was very helpful but I am not 100% sure she understood what these were of how the bundle works.
To save myself another lengthy phone call - how can I get these included passes added to the account?

So… the third call of the day - 52mins - CS rep has had to pass the details to her team leader for the add-ons to be added on manually, hopefully they’re the free version - advised it could take up to 48hrs to be able to see them

Wow... Fingers crossed that sorts it though.
Failing that, fill out the complaints forms and make a nuisance of yourself until they sort it.

If this doesn't show within the timeframe you've been promised, then I'd suggest calling and asking to speak to a team leader yourself. If you don't have a complaint open currently, please also ask for one to be opened until this is resolved.
The complaint webform takes at least 7 days for a response, so calling and requesting to escalate to a team leader should get this sorted quicker.
