Inclusive extras

I just upgraded to the full works iPhone sim only contract. This should include inclusive extras like Apple one but on the app under mobile add ons it’s saying I have 0 inclusive extras. I’ve not received any texts from EE about activating any extras. It’s been over 24 hours since I ordered the sim. Do I need to wait or has something gone wrong?

I have the regular (non-Apple) Full Works SIM Only plan.

According to support, there is a known technical issue causing the app/web site to show 0 inclusive extras available.

Hi

Upgraded my sim on the free early upgrade as there was half price for 12 months on unlimited full works. It's all upgraded however it's removed my previous inclusive extra (TNT) and isn't letting me re add it or anything for that matter. Does it just take few hours to update on system before I can choose to re add it on new sim upgrade or is it known issue? Cheers! 

Ahh I've just posted regarding upgrading to full works plan none apple one. Guessing it's a known issue showing 0/0 inclusive extras for me too after removing my TNT sports from my old plan 

Looking at couple of others seems to be an issue then 😩
