XBox inclusive extra

Hi

I have an active Xbox Gamepass inclusive extra on my mobile account, however my Xbox account is showing that the subscription has expired. It used to show as BT/EE but this has disappeared.

Is this a common issue?

Is the add-on still showing in your EE app/account add-ons? 

How long ago did the Game Pass expire?

The pass expired on the 2nd April, but it is still showing as an add-on in the EE account.
