I’ve been waiting ages for these to come out and although I’m eligible to add an accessory to my account (on the phone they say I’m eligible for the most expensive accessory you do and I don’t currently have any accessories on my account) for some reason when I try to order these it just takes me back to the log in page repeatedly (it does the same with any console), I tried ordering on the phone but they said although I’m eligible for them I can only order these online, I’ve even spent over an hour on the phone to tech support to try to fix the ordering issue online. Absolute nightmare. Just want to order them. Please.

*I forgot to add that I did call through at 9am and the guy on the phone did order them for me but I didn’t receive any confirmation text or email, so I called through again at 6pm and was told the order hadn’t gone through correctly, and was then told I couldn’t order them on the phone 🫠

@priMa1 Have you tried clearing your browser history and cookies and trying again ? Are you doing this on a PC ? Tablet? Or phone ?

Speaking to tech support they got me to clear my browser and Cache, I used my iPhone, iPad and my MacBook Pro. Same issue on all 3. They did some stuff over the phone and sorted some things on my account but they’ve just got it to a point where when I click on an accessory I don’t see any figures of how much it will cost I just see blank £ symbols, and a log in button, when I click on that the page glitches/refreshes itself about 10 times then takes me back to my EE.

Had this issue myself when trying to order a pair via my phone initially through the EE app then through the store page.
Eventually was able to order but I had to try about a dozen times. Was using my mobile browser (Chrome) but in desktop mode if that helps.

I checked the EE website and it says I was able to buy the Nreal Air AR Glasses without having an EE contract. So I went to my local EE store. Was told I can't get it from there and recommended to try Bluwater. Went there and the staff did not know what the product was. Went home frustrated. Contacted EE live chat. After almost 1hr i was then told I would be able to order via website if I waited 24hrs. Its been over that time period and I still can't order.
