Upgrade gift voucher not received

I upgraded my phone in November 22 and select the upgrade that gave a Gift Card as a free gift. 

I've still not received this 6/7 weeks later. Anyone else had similar, know the time frames for this or know who to contact to chase it?

@neilbajomee  You need to call customer services about this as you should of got a text 15-30 day after you got the device. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
